Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years hands-on experience in Deep Learning for speech recognition, including developing and optimising ASR-systems
Excellent foundation in STT (Speech-to-Text) system development with a focus on real-world applications
Experience owning the ML process end-to-end, from concept and exploration to model productionization, maintenance, monitoring and optimization
Experience shipping ML models to production with Python and PyTorch
Strong software engineering skills, including clean code, tests and guardrails
Legal right to work in Germany or Poland
Proficiency in German or French is requested in the application form
