About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own one of voize’s most important projects end to end, launching the next-generation platform on time
- Ensure customers switch safely and teams are aligned and prepared
- Work closely with the founders and hold the plan, dependencies, decisions and team readiness
- Run the project operating system, including the hub, task tracking, open-questions log, weekly sync and Friday update
- Own the integrated plan across product and build, go-live, customers and pilots, commercial model, announcements, enablement, legal and privacy
- Turn open questions into one-page decision briefs and obtain timely decisions from the appropriate stakeholders
- Escalate risks early with clear options
- Drive readiness across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Training and Solution Engineering through playbooks, briefings and the public launch runbook
- Coordinate pilot customers and advisors with the founders
- From 2027, plan facility rollouts so they run smoothly without founder involvement
- Take on the next special project from the CEO Office once the launch is on track
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years running complex, multi-stakeholder software projects in a high-standards environment, such as top-tier consulting or a PMO or BizOps role at a scale-up
- Experience owning cross-functional projects end to end
- Structured thinking and writing; ability to turn ambiguity into a plan, decision brief or one-page update
- Ability to drive senior stakeholders to decisions without formal authority and know when to escalate
- Execution bias, low ego and discretion
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with care
- German and English at C1+ level
- Based in Berlin
- Available to work on-site 3–4 days per week
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities across Germany
- Legal right to work in Germany
- Experience personally owning a cross-functional software or SaaS project end to end, across delivery, go-live, customer rollouts and integrations
