About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead analytical initiatives and transform data into strategic business insights
- Lead Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and analytics projects
- Map data flows, information sources, responsible parties, and technologies used
- Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency gains
- Support the development of a new data hub
- Develop executive dashboards, management reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Design data models, repositories, and governance standards
- Perform exploratory, predictive, and data correlation analyses
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across different areas
- Serve as a technical reference for the team
- Support the creation of templates, standards, and methodologies for dashboards, analyses, and BI projects
- Train and enable users and teams
- Present analyses, recommendations, and results to leaders, managers, and executives
- Monitor trends in Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance, and Data Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Data Analysis and Visualization
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA)
- Advanced SQL
- Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn)
- Knowledge of cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred: knowledge of generative AI tools applied to business, such as Copilot and Claude
- Preferred: systems automation and integration
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Automate
- Preferred: Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Apps
