Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and perform global vehicle and parts import activities and the export of disassembled vehicles in existing markets.
Develop new xKD plants, processes, and markets, and perform foreign trade activities within the required timelines in compliance with Brazilian regulations.
Manage the export and import logistics provider contract.
Manage import and export logistics costs.
Map, manage, and operationalize the international supply chain.
Develop new xKD processes (SVE, box sequencing, TIB, and cubic meter foundations).
Coordinate with xKD plants and international logistics consolidators.
Manage xKD operations (shipments, packing, exports, and claims).
Plan, develop, and implement new xKD plants.
Define ocean and air freight processes for imports and exports.
Control the flow of import and export cargo and documents, including the respective administrative procedures, throughout all stages of the international logistics chain.
Apply the appropriate customs regime to different operations.
Schedule shipments using different transportation modes to meet the needs of production, after-sales, and overseas customers.
Ensure that processes are conducted in accordance with the Compliance Officer’s instructions, applicable legislation, and customs regulations.
Prepare and lead business cases and projects aimed at continuously improving International Logistics processes.
