About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design processes and systems with a focus on improvements for the dealership network’s warranty operations.
- Monitor the execution of administrative activities, including technical field failures, and report them to the end customer.
- Add new packages to the systems.
- Develop new sales channels.
- Facilitate coordination between internal and external stakeholders through biweekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Design, or a related field.
- Experience in project and process management.
- Experience in the automotive industry, particularly dealerships, after-sales, parts, and warranty operations.
- Solid experience in after-sales, including warranty, inspections, maintenance, and parts.
- Preferred: Previous experience with Volkswagen dealerships.
- Preferred: Agile or Scrum training/certification.
