About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage operational reports and follow up with buyers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Escalate and implement corrective actions for purchase orders with pending issues or inconsistencies in procurement systems.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, identifying root causes and routing tickets to the responsible technical teams when necessary.
Control temporary purchase order releases upon approval from the relevant managers.
Manage purchase order cancellations and contracts approaching their expiration dates.
Adjust the allocation of buyers and parts responsibilities in internal systems.
Administer access rights and register new users in Procurement systems.
Perform maintenance and cleanup of closed purchase orders and general procurement workflows.
Route documents with inconsistencies in the General Procurement system.
Update tax information, including taxes and NCM codes.
Manage the automatic deletion processes for obsolete-parts purchase orders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
Required experience in systems support, access management, and working as a Key User in SAP MM.
Proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and responsiveness.
Intermediate English proficiency.
