About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the creation, tracking, and completion of production orders in procurement systems
- Ensure the accurate updating of prices for imported parts based on lists provided by Finance
- Control and execute logistics price changes in production orders, in alignment with the Logistics department
- Coordinate the creation and follow-up of tooling orders, ensuring documentary and financial compliance
- Make changes to tooling orders, taking advance payment and approval criteria into account
- Act as the interface between Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Projects, and Suppliers
- Support the validation and release of orders with the departments involved, including Tax and Treasury
- Ensure the traceability and integrity of information in procurement systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production order and tooling processes by proposing adjustments and standardizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Law, Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in related fields is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive sector, with exposure to new product development or industrialization
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word) and SAP
- Knowledge of the commercial vehicle market
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience or knowledge in supplier relationship management
- Knowledge of cost reduction
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of VW systems—AVON, TEVON, EBON, and STAR—is a plus
