About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage commercial vehicle operations.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure each team’s monthly deliverables are met.
- Manage teams and resources.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Map processes and assess opportunities for synergy and improvement, with a focus on performance and quality.
- Solve problems and develop and implement new strategies and approaches.
- Maintain client relationships by leading weekly/monthly meetings and presenting KPIs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience creating and managing KPIs and analyzing performance.
- Experience with process improvement and operational transformation projects.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work location: Resende, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
