About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide dedicated day-to-day support to both Co-Founders, managing complex and ever-changing calendars and priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, board sessions and investor meetings
  • Prepare agendas, presentations and briefing materials
  • Track actions, ensure follow-ups are completed, and screen incoming requests
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Own the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring meeting rooms, facilities and communal spaces operate to a high standard
  • Manage office suppliers, building management, budgets, purchasing and inventory
  • Support onboarding logistics, equipment setup and administrative processes across Finance, People and Operations
  • Organise company meetings, leadership off-sites, team events and hospitality
  • Welcome and manage the visitor experience for candidates, investors and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting founders, C-suite executives or senior leadership teams
  • Experience working within a high-growth startup, scale-up or fast-paced corporate environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
  • Outstanding judgement, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Highly proactive, calm under pressure and comfortable managing constantly shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with senior executives, investors and external partners
  • Strong experience coordinating complex international travel and executive schedules
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
  • Right to work in the country where the role is based
