Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to provide financial insights, develop and track KPIs, and drive data-informed decision-making
Serve as the primary liaison between finance, accounting, and business units
Translate financial data into actionable business strategies
Advise, educate, and influence stakeholders through financial expertise and strategic recommendations
Analyze and communicate revenue, gross profit, and volume metrics using financial models, data visualizations, and written reports
Lead revenue and COGS forecasts, annual planning, and long-range business planning
Oversee quarterly financial forecast updates and alignment with financial strategy
Design, build, and maintain financial models for business planning, investment analysis, and strategic growth initiatives
Assess investment opportunities and guide resource allocation and operational decisions
Identify financial trends and incorporate data-driven insights into future planning and forecasting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or foreign degree equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, account relationship management, or business development
Alternatively, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or foreign degree equivalent) and at least 3 years of relevant experience
At least 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar; alternatively, at least 3 years with a master’s degree
At least 5 years of experience applying quantitative and analytical skills to financial modeling and data analysis; alternatively, at least 3 years with a master’s degree
At least 5 years of experience identifying and solving complex financial problems using data-driven insights; alternatively, at least 3 years with a master’s degree
At least 5 years of experience translating financial data into actionable recommendations; alternatively, at least 3 years with a master’s degree
At least 5 years of experience with stakeholder engagement; alternatively, at least 3 years with a master’s degree
Must be authorized to work from the home location in the United States; no visa sponsorship or transfers for new hires
Telecommuting permissible from a home office anywhere in the U.S.
