About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sale of financial products, such as receivables financing, business credit, and negotiation solutions, to individuals and companies
- Prospect B2B clients for the offering of business credit products
- Conduct preliminary document reviews, enter proposals into the system, and forward them for analysis
- Support the development of commercial strategies by providing input to the squad
- Propose innovative solutions and updates to improve the customer experience
- Support the implementation and definition of Commercial area processes
- Provide active and inbound post-sales support
- Record sales information in internal tracking systems and make it available to management
- Present sales results to other departments
- Support the direct manager with matters related to the area and the definition of procedures and actions
- Perform activities in accordance with operating procedures
- Stay up to date on procedures and processes
- Promote continuous process improvement
- Participate in training programs
- Perform related activities as directed by the direct manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or have completed a higher education degree in any field
- Previous experience selling financial products is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive profile with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and critical-thinking abilities
- Knowledge of credit and financial industry certifications are considered an advantage
- Knowledge and experience applying AI to commercial processes are considered an advantage
