Analyze and understand business requirements with product managers and analysts, translating needs into technical specifications
Design software architectures and define technical solutions for credit features, considering scalability, security, and performance
Develop production code in accordance with quality standards, best practices, and team conventions
Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
Conduct code reviews
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
Collaborate with designers and product managers to define solutions
Investigate and resolve production issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and system behavior
Monitor the performance, availability, and health of credit systems
Document technical decisions, architectures, and processes
Refactor legacy code
Contribute to the evolution of credit products by proposing data-driven technical and business improvements
Ensure security and compliance in solutions by following information security practices and financial industry regulations
Contribute to the definition and evolution of technical standards, tools, and processes
Investigate and fix bugs, prioritizing business impact
