About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain web-based applications using Angular/React and .NET frameworks
Coordinate with client product owners and technical leadership to understand requirements
Create technical solutions and present them to client leadership
Lead and coordinate software development activities
Provide technical leadership to the development team
Conduct code reviews and low-level design reviews
Code enhancements and features
Collaborate with developers and QA to build quality products
Ensure delivery dates are met for assigned projects and tasks
Independently scope project requirements, timetables, resources, and risks
Lead project implementation with cross-functional teams where needed
Provide direction and mentoring to developers and outside consultants

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Minimum of 8 years of experience in web application development
Experience with .NET Core, C#, React, MVC, JavaScript, WebAPI, and SQL Server or a similar database
Experience in code reviews, architectural reviews, and functional reviews
Experience providing estimates for major enhancements and projects
Experience deploying .NET builds and IIS
Experience working with microservices and Azure cloud-related services
Expertise in CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Effective communication and documentation skills
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to explain protocols and processes to team, management, and users
Attention to detail and quality-first mindset
Effective time management and personal organization
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with urgency
Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities
