Key responsibilities & impact

Support the review and analysis of the financial statements (P&L) for the Cement and Ready-Mix Concrete businesses, preparing materials and insights for monthly meetings with the Sales, Operations, and Controllership leadership teams.
Contribute to Rolling Forecast and Budget cycles by analyzing macroeconomic assumptions, market trends, and variances between actual and projected results.
Support product portfolio management from a profitability perspective by analyzing product/region mix, pricing, and margins, and proposing actions to maximize results.
Track product launches and expansions, including packaging development, monitoring performance indicators and communicating progress to stakeholders.
Support brand positioning in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Integrated Communications, and Corporate Communications, connecting short-term initiatives to the medium- and long-term strategy.
Structure and automate recurring analyses, reports, and dashboards, reducing manual work and increasing the reliability of data.
Support the validation and dissemination of official market share figures.
Use generative AI tools, such as Copilot, Claude, and GPT, to accelerate research, synthesis, and analysis development, while critically evaluating the results.
Understand the company’s brand, presence, and industrial footprint, including production synergies, distribution center supply, and operational constraints, as well as their impact on commercial strategy.
Prepare presentations and reports for meetings with clarity, objectivity, and effective data storytelling.
