About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support logistics services procurement processes, from quotation through contract formalization
Contact suppliers to request and follow up on commercial proposals
Assist in preparing comparison tables and cost analyses
Support contract management and monitoring of category performance indicators
Monitor processes involving the movement of materials, supplies, and logistics services
Support supplier qualification and registration
Assist with data analysis and the preparation of management presentations
Participate in process improvement, productivity, and cost reduction projects
Support collaboration between Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and internal client teams
Develop knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, procurement category management, supplier negotiations, contract management, KPIs, cost and productivity analysis, and logistics and supply chain processes
Participate in strategic projects and initiatives involving the transformation and digitalization of the Procurement function

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, Economics, or a related field, with expected graduation from January 2028 onward
Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
Intermediate English proficiency is desirable
Interest in procurement processes, logistics, and supplier management
Strong data analysis skills
Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organization and attention to detail
Analytical ability
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Teamwork skills
