Associate Business Analytics Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain recurring operational, financial, and performance reports
- Compile, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Support creation and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations
- Assist business partners in defining reporting requirements and documenting key performance measures
- Prepare routine analyses and summaries communicating clear, actionable findings
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, and business performance reporting through data gathering and analysis
- Contribute to ad hoc reporting requests, business reviews, and analytical projects
- Track vendor performance metrics and compile vendor-related analytical reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting through automation and standardization
- Develop knowledge of business operations, performance drivers, and analytics best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, data analysis, finance, operations analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis
- Experience with reporting, visualization, or business intelligence tools
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support business decision-making
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Power BI preferred
