About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all aspects of specific sponsored plans
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support overall profitability
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and timely delivery of periodic processing events
Apply operational best practices to ensure plans run efficiently and meet specific client needs
Enhance service delivery by managing risk and improving efficiency and quality
Serve as liaison between internal and external partners supporting plan operations, including Central Services, Customer Contact Center, Compliance, Financial Control, Pricing & Trading, and Trust
Participate in sponsor calls and meetings
Support sales opportunities, including participation in onsite presentations
Travel as needed to attend client meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Strong customer service experience and skills
Experience managing highly sensitive and at-risk client relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
