About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive end-to-end execution from hardware power-on to production readiness
  • Manage timelines across automated provisioning, compute, storage, and networking setups
  • Lead coordination across Network, Compute, Storage, GPU, Platform, and Infrastructure Operations teams
  • Unblock technical issues and align delivery schedules
  • Track critical path dependencies and manage engineering risks as the single point of contact
  • Partner with engineering to scope, test, and deploy custom client-requested infrastructure architectures
  • Convert unique client requirements into repeatable, standardized product offerings and automated delivery frameworks
  • Interface directly with strategic customer technical teams as the main contact for Engineering requirements
  • Coordinate with Infrastructure Operations, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success to align technical delivery with business commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure deployments, cloud/data center turn-ups, or technical program lifecycles
  • Technical familiarity with AI accelerators such as NVIDIA and AMD, high-speed GPU interconnects, and cluster topologies
  • Strong knowledge of data center networks, including BGP and leaf-spine architectures
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems and distributed storage
  • Proven track record managing complex dependencies, implementing validation testing, and meeting strict deadlines
  • Ability to create structure out of uncertainty, identify bottlenecks early, and drive solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Analytical mindset using metrics to track program health and make decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred, but not required
