Support multidisciplinary teams in the development and evolution of digital products in a global environment.
Strengthen the agile culture.
Facilitate teams and promote continuous improvement.
Apply agile methods across different projects within the department.
Lead meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Facilitate agile ceremonies.
Support the development of the teams’ agile maturity.
Mobilize teams, mediate conflicts, and support collaboration across departments and with stakeholders.
Track delivery KPIs and provide visibility into the product roadmap.
Interact with international and multicultural teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate and interact in global environments.
Academic background: degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge of and experience with agile frameworks and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with different audiences, lead meetings, and share knowledge.
Ability to share best practices, deliver training and workshops, and support the development of teams’ agile maturity.
Ability to mobilize teams, mediate conflicts, and support collaboration across departments and with stakeholders.
Hands-on experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, preferably in digital product development.
Strong agile mindset and proficiency in applying different agile methods and practices in day-to-day work.
Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, with the ability to understand team dynamics, facilitate discussions, and support teams through challenges and change.
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.
Knowledge of Jira, including workflows, boards, dashboards, JQL, and best practices for activity management.
Experience tracking delivery KPIs and providing visibility into product roadmaps.
Knowledge of SAFe will be considered a plus.
Experience in the automotive or broader industrial sector, especially manufacturing processes, will be considered a plus.
Experience working with international and multicultural teams will be considered a plus.
