About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage financial controlling activities for Sales & Marketing.
Perform financial controlling of expenses for corporate departments.
Analyze and systemically approve departmental expense requests.
Develop financial plans, including Forecast, Budget, and Planning Round processes.
Support business cases to optimize company resources.
Monitor and explain P&L variances.
Prepare financial simulations to support decision-making and preliminary results estimates.
Collaborate with business areas to ensure the quality and implementation of initiatives.
Prepare materials for the PSC (Price Steering Committee) forum.
Record sales incentive accruals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, STEM, Controlling, Finance, or a related field.
Intermediate English preferred.
Accounting knowledge to support the business, including cash versus accrual accounting and costs.
Knowledge of expense management.
Knowledge of financial results, including revenue, contribution margin, and fixed expenses.
Proficiency in developing short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans.
Financial modeling and simulations.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
Proactive approach.
Teamwork skills.
