Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience working as a People Partner, HR Manager, HR Program Manager or similar role
  • Experience working in a remote-first, multi-state organization
  • Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or tech-enabled clinical services
  • 4+ years of experience supporting clinical teams
  • Deep understanding of employment law and HR compliance in multi-state environments
  • 4+ years of experience navigating California, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, and Washington employment laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leadership development
  • Skilled at building relationships, coaching leaders, navigating complex people issues, and ensuring compliance in a highly regulated or healthcare-related field
  • Comfort using data to guide conversations, drive initiatives, and influence decisions
  • Collaborative, coaching-oriented approach
  • Flexible mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Must be located in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Washington
  • Strong preference for candidates based in Central Standard Time
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Background check, potentially including drug test or other health screenings, required prior to employment
