About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make approximately 80 daily contact attempts from company-provided strategic target lists and inbound marketing qualified leads
- Convert all marketing qualified leads to Sales Qualified Leads by scheduling consultations with Practice Revenue Advisors
- Accurately track sales-related activities and notes in Salesforce
- Participate in scheduled meetings and share knowledge and techniques with fellow sales team members
- Attend training and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Vyne Dental product value and technical aspects
- Understand the competitive landscape and keep current on competitors' offerings and industry trends
- Review and approve monthly commission statements in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals for sales, customer satisfaction, and client retention
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and organizational objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must reside and work from Utah, Indiana, Georgia, or Tennessee
- High School/Technical Degree/Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
- 0-1 years of experience in an inside sales call center is preferred, though a combination of education and experience will be considered
- Door-to-door either setters or closers or collections agencies a plus
- Working knowledge of sales process and customer service
- Experience in the dental industry, specifically dental billing and practice management is a plus
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management is a plus
- GSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to perform the described physical demands, with reasonable accommodations available
- May have incidental responsibility for securing PHI/PI, human resource information, financial administrative accounts, and corporate application access
