About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and manage core FP&A frameworks, including leadership reporting, monthly budget vs. actuals analysis, and cross-functional financial discipline
Support annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Collaborate with leadership to monitor and adjust budgets to protect cash flow
Produce accurate and timely financial reports and collaborate on board materials
Create dashboards to monitor daily/monthly financial performance against goals
Identify trends, variances, and risks to support data-driven decision making
Establish processes and methodologies to track and report on KPIs
Improve, automate, and standardize financial systems and reporting processes
Build and maintain financial models supporting strategic and commercial initiatives
Conduct financial analysis of investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience in Investment Banking/Private Equity and FP&A/Strategic Finance role at a high-growth technology company
Advanced financial modeling skills with a focus on accuracy and scalability
Ability to translate complex data into reliable decision-making tools
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams
Proactive in moving projects to completion with minimal oversight
Ability to distill vast amounts of data into clear, concise, and polished insights for executive audiences
Comprehensive understanding of financial management, analysis, tools and reporting methodologies
Experience with selecting and/or implementing FP&A software tools
Inclination to build frameworks from scratch and improve financial processes
