About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and collaborate with account managers, writers, designers, strategists, strategic communication team members, and digital marketing team members

  • Monitor budgets and team utilization to ensure profitability and resource availability
  • Resolve complex challenges involving scope, resource constraints, or timeline risks
  • Act as a primary internal point of contact, provide guidance, and remove roadblocks
  • Promote communication among internal teams, account management, and clients
  • Serve as a secondary client contact and participate in client meetings
  • Track action items to keep projects on schedule
  • Improve project workflows and processes
  • Organize project assets on Google Drive
  • Contribute to department and agency process improvement
  • Mentor junior team members and help drive client outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of project management experience in a marketing or agency environment
  • Exposure to creative, strategy, and digital marketing project types and deliverables
  • Experience with project management tools like Trello
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms supporting marketing automation and paid media, including HubSpot, Pardot, and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of project reporting metrics, including hours tracking, budget management, and timeline management
  • Experience managing up to 15 projects or clients at a time
  • Ability to shift priorities based on client and internal feedback
  • Ownership, accountability, professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability
  • Ability to anticipate needs, flag risks early, and guide clients and teams
  • Collaborative approach and openness to candid feedback
  • Ability to navigate shifting priorities and maintain agency readiness
