About the role

  • Confirm upcoming appointments to support attendance
  • Keep applicant records current in the CRM
  • Spend approximately 80% of time in scheduled inbound consultations and 20% following up, confirming appointments, and answering questions between calls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two or more years in admissions, enrollment or education sales, working with students in the US or Canada
  • Track record of hitting an enrollment or cash target
  • Ability to sell, run substantive conversations, identify applicant needs, handle objections on cost, timing and confidence, and ask for the decision
  • Receptive to weekly coaching and able to apply feedback immediately
  • Fluent, natural English
  • Available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm US Eastern
  • Professional video setup: 1080p webcam at eye level, headset with dedicated microphone, tidy uncluttered background, and front-facing lighting
  • Wired broadband of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, plus a mobile hotspot as backup
  • Disciplined CRM habits, with every conversation logged and every opportunity current
