About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, benchmark, and maintain global salary bands, job architecture frameworks, and grading systems across EMEA, NAM, and APAC
- Administer equity plans, including RSUs and Stock Options, and long-term incentive programs for a US-listed company
- Partner with Sales Leadership and FP&A to model, design, and track sales commission schemes and performance bonus plans
- Manage local and international benefit vendor relationships for health insurance, pension, and wellbeing initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance/FP&A on workforce cost forecasting
- Lead compliance efforts regarding pay equity, gender pay gap audits, and pay transparency directives
- Lead annual merit review cycles and market adjustments
- Leverage HRIS tools to build advanced total rewards reporting and metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards management, ideally within international, fast-paced tech or industrial environments
- Proven knowledge of equity compensation models (RSUs/Stock Options) and public company reward frameworks
- Strong expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation frameworks (Mercer, Korn Ferry/Hay, WTW), and incentive plan design
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in complex spreadsheet data modeling and HRIS platforms
- Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory
