About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, benchmark, and maintain global salary bands, job architecture frameworks, and grading systems across EMEA, NAM, and APAC.
  • Administer equity plans, including RSUs and Stock Options, and long-term incentive programs for a US-listed company.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and FP&A to model, design, and track sales commission schemes and performance bonus plans.
  • Manage local and international benefit vendor relationships and drive cost efficiency and local alignment for health insurance, pension, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance/FP&A on workforce cost forecasting.
  • Lead compliance efforts regarding pay equity, gender pay gap audits, and pay transparency directives.
  • Lead annual merit review cycles and market adjustments.
  • Leverage HRIS tools to build advanced total rewards reporting and metrics.
  • Oversee and optimize Wallbox’s global compensation, benefits, and equity programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards management, ideally within international, fast-paced tech or industrial environments.
  • Proven knowledge of equity compensation models (RSUs/Stock Options) and public company reward frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation frameworks (Mercer, Korn Ferry/Hay, WTW), and incentive plan design.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in complex spreadsheet data modeling and HRIS platforms.
  • Professional English level.
  • Resume submitted in English.
