About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders
- Educate sponsors and stakeholders on product and program requirements and documentation
- Assess costs, establish return on investment, secure management approval for resource allocations, and create communication plans
- Manage initiatives and projects at the project level by developing and communicating project plans and schedules
- Manage multiple medium-scale projects or work streams and deliver recommended solutions
- Align project requirements, resolve project issues, monitor budgets and costs, and communicate project status and milestone adjustments
- Identify changes, escalate issues to supervisors, and execute system changes
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and support plans and initiatives
- Identify goals and objectives, build accountability, measure progress, and address improvement opportunities
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognition
- Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, values, ethics, and integrity standards
- Foster belonging, develop talent, provide feedback and coaching, and build trusting relationships
- Deliver business results while prioritizing customers and members and applying data analytics and customer insights
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, learning, and adoption of digital tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have completed a summer 2026 Walmart or Sam’s Club internship to be eligible
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
- 1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams
