About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support for supplier negotiations
- Manage purchase orders within assigned categories
- Assist merchants in resolving supplier issues

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree OR 2 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area
- Proven experience in vendor relationship management and supplier negotiations within retail or related sectors
- Strong skills in category strategy development and execution
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage purchase orders and resolve supplier issues
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally on customer-focused initiatives and omni-channel strategies
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking at category or subcategory level
- Effective communication skills
- Preferred: Microsoft Office
- Preferred: Negotiating with third-party suppliers
- Preferred: Pricing, site merchandising, planning or inventory, or related area
- Preferred bachelor's degrees in Business or Merchandising
