About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Document current design, development, and project management workflows and identify coordination gaps
- Evaluate opportunities to integrate architectural, engineering, and project management information
- Research and prototype the use of 3D or 4D models to improve visualization and project planning
- Explore practical applications of artificial intelligence in development and design processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, test ideas, and assess usability
- Compare current and proposed approaches based on visibility, efficiency, coordination, and decision support
- Present a recommended integrated approach, prototype, or roadmap
- Support Walmart Real Estate's New Stores and Clubs, Project Management and Development work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a graduate degree or MBA in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management, business, technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills
- Ability to work across technical and business disciplines
- Interest in the built environment, design integration, development, or emerging technology
- Experience with project management, design coordination, 3D/4D modeling, AI applications, or process improvement
- Ability to synthesize technical information into clear recommendations
- Experience working on cross-functional projects or prototypes
- Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location
