About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and brand-aligned visual presentation standards across stores through guidance, tools, and scalable best practices
  • Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on training and resources for associates
  • Build partnerships with Operations Support and Store Operations to drive adoption and execution of brand experience programs and standards
  • Create, streamline, and manage store communication systems so information is timely, actionable, and easy to understand
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Styling, Store Operations, Merchants, and Store Associates/Leaders
  • Demonstrate Walmart values including respect for the individual, integrity, customer/member focus, and striving for excellence
  • Support continuous improvement, innovation, digital tools, and new ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have completed a summer 2026 Walmart or Sam’s Club internship to be eligible
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
  • Must work in a corporate, in-person internship
  • Must be based at the Bentonville, Arkansas U.S. Hub location
