About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze complex datasets for business decision-making across product, finance, marketing, and technology
  • Identify and source appropriate data from databases and distributed data stores
  • Ensure data quality and relevance
  • Develop analytical models and visualizations using SQL, Python, Power BI, and related tools
  • Support process improvements and project activities through data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions
  • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation under guidance
  • Mentor junior team members on analytical methods and data visualization best practices
  • Collaborate with Data Stewards, Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to support data governance and strategic objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or related field; OR 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Experience with data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and validation
  • Strong understanding of business contexts across multiple domains
  • Knowledge of data governance principles, metadata management, and enterprise data architecture
  • Ability to apply statistical techniques and exploratory data analysis
  • Effective communication skills
