About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and communicate organizational vision and strategic execution plans based on industry and market analysis
- Define performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead change initiatives by managing project plans, assessing readiness, and ensuring timely organizational adoption
- Oversee process improvements across multiple projects to enhance business results

- Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and support leaders in decision implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive business strategies aligned with organizational vision and market analysis
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change initiatives
- Ability to analyze financial statements, key performance indicators, and operational processes
- Experience in business planning, governance, compliance strategy, and succession planning
- Skilled in expectation management and stakeholder communication
- Commitment to continuous improvement, accountability, and ethical standards
