About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the end-to-end business strategy for the new Salesforce instance
  • Work with executive leaders to define key metrics and performance indicators for migration success, ROI, and ongoing usage
  • Develop strategies for Salesforce to work in sync with existing software and data architecture
  • Establish and implement a performance matrix to evaluate operational effectiveness
  • Predict trends and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Account Management, and Operations
  • Map commercial workflows, identify pain points, and re-engineer processes using native Salesforce capabilities
  • Govern end-to-end Salesforce usage across Sales and Operations teams
  • Drive workflow optimization, system consolidation, and seamless data integration
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams during Salesforce migration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 4 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or 7 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Extensive experience in data strategy development and execution aligned with business objectives
  • Proven expertise in data quality management, including establishing metrics and operational procedures
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
  • Ability to analyze business problems using advanced analytics and big data methodologies
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in data source identification, database technologies, and data governance principles
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into actionable data initiatives
  • Preferred: data science, data analysis, statistics, or related field
  • Preferred: PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics
  • Preferred: related industry experience, such as retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce
  • Preferred: SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Preferred: supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Master of Business Administration
