About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead long-term financial planning and align financial targets with corporate goals
  • Assess risks associated with financial targets and business plans
  • Partner with senior management to analyze business performance and identify gaps

  • Coordinate business review cycles and deliver cohesive financial insights
  • Guide investment decisions and support strategic growth and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • 2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
  • Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful performance reporting supporting traditional P&L reporting
  • Proven ability to develop and manage complex financial models incorporating assumptions, risks, and business insights
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and accurate financial reporting
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency interpreting financial statements and providing actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Certified Public Accountant certification is preferred, not required
  • Master of Business Administration is preferred, not required
