About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide finance support for fulfillment growth, cost to serve, capacity, pricing, productivity, and strategic investments
- Develop decision frameworks and business cases for network design, automation, speed, inventory placement, seller programs, and new operating models
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Marketplace leaders to identify opportunities and resolve trade-offs
- Improve unit economics
- Translate complex operational data into executive recommendations and measurable actions
- Establish performance routines and accountability across key initiatives
- Develop finance talent and strengthen cross-functional partnerships
- Support WFS, seller-fulfilled, local, and broader Marketplace priorities as the fulfillment portfolio evolves and scales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience
- 2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
- Expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to manage complex financial controls and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management
- Ability to develop and communicate actionable financial insights and recommendations
- Experience overseeing budgeting processes and evaluating operational costs
- Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, accountability, and continuous improvement
