About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development and delivery of complex consulting projects supporting multiple business areas
- Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to inform Insights Partnership initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert to senior leadership, articulating customer insights to influence business strategies
- Define research methodologies and data analysis approaches for large-scale projects, ensuring quality and alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop consultative solutions and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering continuous learning and professional growth
- Drive improvements in research, analytics, and data management practices to support business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 5 years' experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field
- 4 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams
- Extensive experience leading complex consulting projects and delivering strategic insights across multiple business areas
- Proven ability to analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop actionable recommendations
- Expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and framing data collection strategies for large-scale projects
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to align strategies and drive business results
- Proficiency in leveraging customer insights and business strategies to influence decision-making and improve outcomes
