About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and delivery of complex consulting projects supporting multiple business areas
- Provide strategic consulting and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Define research methodologies and oversee data analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop consultative solutions and align research and data strategies
- Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching and development
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors
- Foster continuous improvement and data-driven business strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience leading complex consulting projects focused on business strategy and customer insights
- Proven ability to advise senior leadership and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations
- Strong expertise in advanced analytics, qualitative research, and data visualization
- Demonstrated leadership skills in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and influencing skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in change management and continuous improvement
- Deep understanding of marketing performance measurement and business strategy integration
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field; or
- Master’s degree in one of those fields and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field; or
- 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field
