Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area, OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience in operations management and business strategy development within complex, large-scale projects
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation
  • Expertise in project management, including planning, budgeting, and performance measurement
  • Demonstrated success developing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance
  • Preferred: Working on cross-functional teams or projects
  • Preferred: Master of Business Administration
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
