Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 7 years’ experience in human resources or related area
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • Expertise in developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Leadership skills in managing organizational change and workforce development initiatives
  • Experience directing HR operations and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Experience in talent management, including succession planning, talent assessment, and acquisition
  • Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and accountability
  • Preferred qualifications include managing a multi-unit operation, a Master's degree or higher, PHR or SPHR certification, project management certification, and project management experience
