Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in human resources, communication, journalism, business, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in human resources, communications, business, or related area
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • 10+ years of experience in HR/People Partner, People Strategy, management consulting, or advisory roles
  • Proven track record shaping and executing large-scale organizational strategies
  • Experience advising senior leaders and guiding complex transformations in dynamic, matrixed environments
  • 10+ years of strong cross-functional project management skills with experience in agile environments
  • Demonstrated success in organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic partnership
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
