  • Set the vision and product development strategy for a complex Member’s Mark portfolio
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team and build organizational capabilities
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners to align priorities, navigate tradeoffs, and accelerate decisions
  • Shape an innovation pipeline using member insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Drive portfolio performance by balancing quality, innovation, value, cost, and speed to market
  • Champion transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Lead products from concept through commercialization
  • Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, Quality, Operations, and suppliers
  • Model leadership through integrity, accountability, collaboration, and member obsession

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 5 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area, OR 7 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience
  • Proven leadership experience setting product strategy, leading complex portfolios, and delivering meaningful business results
  • Track record of building, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams and future leaders
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence, challenge, and align senior leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Strategic and commercial acumen, translating member insights, market trends, and data into growth opportunities
  • Experience navigating ambiguity, making sound decisions, and leading through change
  • Passion for innovation and raising the bar on quality, value, and member experience
  • Collaborative, accountable leadership style grounded in integrity and operational excellence
