About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product vision and strategy for a complex product family
- Lead multiple product teams through discovery, definition, launch, adoption, iteration, and value realization
- Lead customer and business research, journey mapping, and analysis of operational and financial data
- Shape problem statements and measurable success metrics
- Coach product managers on discovery, opportunity sizing, and customer-centric prioritization
- Build customer relationships and scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences
- Translate vision into sequenced roadmaps, including build, buy, partner, and platform-reuse decisions
- Align stakeholders around strategic choices and outcomes
- Own P&L implications, financial outcomes, and resource allocation recommendations
- Manage cross-functional trade-offs across Engineering, Design, and Business partners
- Establish launch-readiness, risk-management, acceptance-criteria, telemetry, and post-launch optimization standards
- Manage rollout and scaling of complex products and features using an MVP approach
- Define outcome-based metrics and guide instrumentation, dashboards, and data quality
- Guide experimentation and A/B testing
- Drive use of AI and data capabilities in products and the product development lifecycle
- Extract insights from complex data analytics and drive product and feature analytics
- Set expectations and performance measures for multiple product teams
- Attract, develop, and retain product talent through coaching, feedback, mentoring, and succession planning
- Build partnerships with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business stakeholders
- Provide overall business direction, analyze objectives and customer needs, develop strategies and plans, analyze costs and forecasts, and measure outcomes
- Develop workforce strategies, diagnose capability gaps, recruit and develop talent, and support mentorship and succession planning
- Promote integrity, ethics, compliance, inclusion, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-focused business results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management; or 13 years’ experience in product management or related area
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager
- Preferred supervisory experience
- Preferred knowledge of creating inclusive digital experiences
- Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies
- Preferred knowledge of digital accessibility best practices
