Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 7 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area
3 years’ supervisory experience
4 years’ project management experience
Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
Experience with strategic development and execution
Ability to analyze business objectives
Ability to forecast budgets and manage resources
Strong leadership skills in coaching, mentoring, and talent development
Expertise establishing and enforcing project standards to control cost, timeline, and integration
Proficiency leveraging data and business analysis
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive alignment
