About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary product and technology liaison between Walmart Enterprise and the India Subsidiary organization
- Build relationships with product, technology, and business leaders across organizations
- Establish an operating model for cross-market collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic engagement
- Identify and facilitate transfer of best practices across supply chain, merchandising, fulfillment, data, AI, marketplace, advertising, and customer experience
- Coordinate subject matter experts and product leaders across organizations
- Identify duplication, reuse, collaboration, and capability adoption opportunities
- Own high-impact cross-market initiatives from discovery through recommendation, alignment, and handoff
- Establish program governance, success measures, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication plans
- Coordinate strategic initiatives sponsored by Walmart International leadership
- Produce executive-ready narratives and recurring monthly International CEO reporting
- Serve as central intake and coordination point for two-way product and technology requests
- Maintain executive reporting, market and strategy artifacts, collaboration logs, program status reports, request and decision logs, and capability briefs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; OR 9 years' experience in these areas
- Deep experience in product strategy, product management, portfolio management, strategic programs, or enterprise transformation within large technology or retail organizations
- Strong understanding of product and technology organizations and how they operate at scale
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders without formal authority
- Experience translating complex business priorities into actionable product and technology recommendations
- Strong executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated success operating across highly matrixed organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving product, technology, business, and executive teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with operational execution
