Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale technology programs aligned with business objectives and financial targets
Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units
Translate complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies and oversee implementation
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
3 years’ supervisory experience
Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
Proven ability to define and implement large-scale technology programs aligned with business strategy
Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing across multiple teams and business units
Expertise in technology operations, information systems, and continuous process improvement
Proficiency in risk assessment, mitigation, and program monitoring
Capability in business operations, data analysis, and driving operational excellence
Ability to build collaborative relationships and lead cross-functional teams effectively
