Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a listed or related field and 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; or 8 years’ experience in those areas
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
  • Proven ability to define and execute large-scale technology programs aligned with business strategy
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Expertise in monitoring program performance, risk assessment, and mitigation planning
  • Solid understanding of technology landscapes and trends
  • Demonstrated capability in business operations, KPI assessment, and process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must work in the United States; primary location is Bentonville, Arkansas
