Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience
  • Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across multiple teams
  • In-depth knowledge of program planning, estimation, risk assessment, and monitoring tools and techniques
  • Ability to translate business requirements into integrated technology strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Experience driving operational excellence through process improvements and performance measurement
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster collaborative relationships
  • Demonstrated capability to lead large-scale technology programs with measurable business impact
  • Must work in a drug-free workplace and comply with Walmart’s no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
