About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute complex organization design, functional capability definition, and workforce planning projects
- Develop and oversee workforce analytics, evaluation strategies, and improvement initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to validate workforce data, improve forecasting accuracy, and support annual operational planning
- Manage project priorities, resources, and milestones
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and teams
- Implement metrics to measure project success and provide regular status updates to key partners
- Drive talent development strategies, including capability gap analysis, recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning
- Promote adherence to company standards, ethics, and compliance within workforce programs and practices
- Support Sam’s Club business transformation through organization design, future functional capabilities, strategic workforce planning, process redesign, and AI integration into people processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years’ experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Extensive experience in workforce planning and management
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Proven leadership skills directing cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and statistical methods
- Strong proficiency in change management and workflow optimization
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively across organizational levels
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and accountability
