  • Provide strategic direction and operational improvements aligned with business objectives and customer needs
  • Develop talent, influence stakeholders, manage vendors, and foster accountability, integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience leading technology or Information Security
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 6 years’ experience in cybersecurity risk or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company; or 8 years’ experience in cybersecurity risk or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
  • Lead execution of complex security initiatives
  • Identify, assess, and remediate security risks and vulnerabilities using metrics, risk frameworks, and continuous improvement practices
  • Leadership across security governance, regulatory compliance, policies, standards, and industry frameworks
  • Align security priorities, resources, investments, and operational improvements with business objectives and customer needs
  • Build teams and partnerships, develop talent, influence stakeholders, manage vendors, and foster accountability
  • CISSP or CISM
